About the event:
Ryan Humphrey's Big Questions is a night of music and dialogue, exploring music and it's role in society through live acoustic music and audience participation in the Empty Shop HQ in Durham City Centre.
The performance is created as part of the third year of Ryan's degree (BA HONS Community Music), in which the intention is to create a live performance. The ensembles performing within the event are all students from the degree program, with two of the ensembles being ones that Ryan has created (Popular Acoustics, Here After Six).
During the event there is an opportunity for the audience to listen to music make music, discuss music, make posters and make new friends! Audience members are welcome to bring their own instruments but there will be instruments on hand for audience members to use if they wish!
There will also be a raffle with all proceeds going to the North Music Trust.
